Waterfowl

We currently keep a flock of about 35 ducks composed of 11 or so different breeds including Khaki Campbell, Swedish, Rouen, Fawn and White Runner, Black Runner, Magpie, penciled Runner, Anconas, Bantam Silver Appleyards, Bantam Australian Spotted, Bantam Black East Indies, and Cayuga.

We are very fortunate to have aquired some very special and very rare birds directly from Dave Holderread in Corvalis, Oregon. They are 2 Lavender Sebastopol Ganders a Blue Sebastopol Goose and a Grey Sebastopol Goose. They are called smooth breasted but can throw offspring that has the curly feathers all over. These geese have genetic benefits over regular Sebastolpols. We also aquired a pair of grey Silkie ducks from Dave Holderread. We are thrilled to have recently added these very special birds to our poultry family.
